Liverpool has some amazing street art, this picture is painted on a wall in th Baltic Quarter an area that has art on every wall. I wandered the quiet streets for an hour or so taking in the outdoor art gallery.

I walk past this pier several times a week sometimes its busy with the sound of summer holidays and occaisionally I sit on the steps and its the most peaceful place in the world.

Knott End Ferry

Sitting on the benches where L. S. Lowry painted the "Jetty at Knott End", peaceful and calm with beautiful views over the estuary. Pale colours of blue, grey and muddy brown broken by the red and white of the Wyre Rose chugging slowly and tired from the hourly trips across the bay.
